Moments at Scannicchio’s

Stars 4.5 When I arrived at Moments at Scannicchio's, all the tables were taken, but I managed to grab a seat at the bar. It’s a very loud environment, so if you have sensory sensitivities, it’s best to come during off-peak hours (if they have any). The mussel appetizer and clam pasta main course were both delicious! They were super generous with the sauce, so I even took the extra to-go. However, the asparagus was disappointing, it tasted old and was too woody to swallow and rib eye pasta meat was a bit chewy. Overall, I had a good experience and I plan to return and make a reservation next time.

Read the reviews here and decided to.try it with my husband. It was an excellent idea. Food was wonderful! I had insalata caprese and a pasta dish with beef. Staff was great. We shall return!

Cynthia was such an amazing waitress! She was friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience even better. The food was absolutely delicious, as always, and everything came out perfect. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff’s positive energy was contagious. You can tell everyone genuinely enjoys what they do, and it makes such a difference. I actually asked Cynthia how long she’s been working here, and when she told me 7 years, that spoke volumes about both her dedication and the restaurant itself. I would recommend this place 100 out of 10! We always have a great experience and can’t wait to come back!!😊🍽️✨💕

Went for my husband’s 40th Bday. Cute little place. Attentive and polite staff. Viv and Cynthia were amazing. My only complaints are I wish the calamari had tentacles and not just rings. Also, the ribeye was so thin and came out within two mins of apps. Had no sear on it and we just refused to eat it. Nothing against the staff or management. They were all absolutely amazing. Would definitely go back just order something else.

Saturday night dinner. We made reservations. We had broccoli Ravi with sweet sausage and Fra diavalo squiggle as appetizers. It was excellent. I am having dinner with an IItalian Chef. Drinks - Kentucky Mule and the Revolver. Strong drinks great values for your money. Dinner Spicy Mediterranean Seafood with angel hair and my Man had Veal scallopini with angel hair pasta. We were too full for dessert. Ask for Cappuccino and the server said I'm sorry we don't have cappuccino. We Only have espresso. Funny. It's on the menu. Plus, I asked for regular coffee instead Didn't want to ruin my dinner and kill our stomach with espresso plus it's late. I would've rated a five star gave it a 4 1/2 Due to type of coffee, not available. Also, they ran out of bread at 8:30 ? I would definitely go back. They earned their 4.5 stars and the manager/owner was pretty cool old school almost like Brooklyn where they hang out outside the door and wait for the customers to greet..
